All Items of Tangled Earth hold a 12 month warranty upon day of purchase from this online site. all items are sold in new condition. If an issue arises after purchase but before the 12 month warranty period, please contact us via email address below. If in the future your piece has malfunctioned or degraded please contact via email address to arrange repair or recreation (An Agreed Fee will apply after 12 month warranty expiry).

If purchased from one of our stockists, please make contact with the relevant stockist to enquire their refund policy.
